Citizen Math PL / Lesson Surveys

• End-of-Lesson Survey – Complete this after teaching a Citizen Math lesson.
• Lesson Collaboration Call (LCC) Survey – LCCs are one-hour online or in-person discussions focused on a specific Citizen Math lesson.
• Tiny Workshop Survey – Tiny Workshops are 10 minutes/day over three days, plus a live call.
• Conversation with Colleagues (CwC) Survey – CwCs are one-hour online or in-person discussions centered on a pedagogical topic.
• Other PL– If you attend professional learning that doesn’t fit into one of the categories above, complete this survey!

This study is funded by the U.S. Department of Education’s Office of Elementary and Secondary Education (OESE) and led by two respected research firms, WestEd and AIR.
